We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Healthcare Assistants to work with our clients who are reputed Care & Nursing Homes in West London and Hatfield areas. Responsibilities and Duties

  • looking after adults with high dependency needs
  • providing personal care to the residents, assisting the nurses/senior Carers, updating records as required, accompanying the resident to any appointments as required           and such other functions as part of the Health Care Assistant job role
  • to work under the control and supervision of our clients who are established care providers like hospitals, Care & Nursing Homes, Supported Living providers etc
  • being kind, compassionate, understanding and helpful to people with dementia, mobility issues or end of life care.
  • liaise with other care professionals, relatives of the residents and the management to ensure the best outcome for the residents

Qualification:

  • Right to work and live in the UK (EU citizens or those in the UK who has unrestricted right to work)
  • recent relevant experience working as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker/Caregiver
  • Up-to-date mandatory training and proof of it or willing to update them
  • Reliable and committed
  • passionate about caring for people with limited or lack of mobility and compassionate
  • willingness to work weekends/nights/bank holidays as part of the rota
  • hard working and willing to learn
  • good health, good work ethic and passion for caring is a must.
  • full 5-year verifiable work history
  • willingness to undertake full enhanced disclosure (police clearance required from your home country if you are an EU citizen applying from your country)
  • Working knowledge of English
  • available to start immediately.
