Joscocare is a young and dynamic staffing Agency predominantly supplying temporary Care & Nursing Staff to the private healthcare industry in England. Established in 2013, Joscocare has 5 branches and employs more than 300 temporary staff in the UK. Eljo Services Pvt. Ltd is the administrative arm of Joscocare. Based at Kelakam (Kannur District of Kerala), Eljo Services provides 24/7 operational support to Joscocare' s UK operations.

Running a profitable, ethical and reliable Care & Nursing Agency in a matured market like the United Kingdom is a tough business. However, Joscocare has managed to build a profitable business in a short span of time. While we are committed to consolidating and further expanding on our core business-supply of temporary staff to the healthcare industry, Joscocare is planning to expand our operations into another key area: Recruitment Services/HR.

UK businesses, like in most other countries, rely on Recruitment Agencies to meet their HR needs. It is a big business where many players operate. However, Joscocare with its 6 years of standing in the industry and having built a formidable reputation and infrastructure is well placed to explore this lucrative, but highly competitive market. We are therefore looking for a highly experienced and versatile HR professional with a demonstrable track record to head this division and build it up from scratch. Based in our Kelakam Office, you will be responsible for finding Employers and employees and matching their requirements. Starting out with just you doing the bulk of the functions, you should be able to build a successful HR business and a highly competitive HR team within an agreeable time frame. As Joscocare has contacts and strength within the Healthcare industry, you will_ build up the business by focussing on the UK Healthcare Sector and slowly expanding into other industries and gradually to international clients._

  • excellent command over the English language: written, spoken and listening
  • a good Graduate Degree 
  • brilliant telephone manners
  • excellent negotiator, persuasive speaker and a proven deal maker
  • 5 years experience in the recruitment/HR industry at least 1 year of which should be as an HR Manager/Team Leader
  • should be able to provide verifiable professional referees
  • demonstrable ability to develop the business from scratch
  • ability to build a team and lead them effectively
